I can't begin to say enough great things about Theus. Talk about going beyond the call of duty this young professional business man really did. He literally rolled up his sleeves on many days and went to work spending many hours helping to get the house ready for the market. He made so many suggestions that also helped sell the house. This was a stressful time for me but not once I mean not one time did he let out a sigh, or seem as though I was a bother to him. He handled everything in a professional manner and was with me every step of the way keeping me informed of what was happening and what and when things needed to be done. I highly recommend Theus if you are looking to buy or sell I promise you won't be disappointed!!!
